Went for check up today. The senior mo corrected my diagnosis. All this while I was convinced that i'm a pcos patient. Well. Those were my follicles ok.

dear HO, u freaked me out. Making me believes that I had pcos. Next time please refer to your seniot before telling the patient a wrong diagnosis. I was so stress up.

encik sayang is normal too. Guess that Allah is holding it so that I'll receive the best among the best gift.

UPDATES ON ME!

I'm back! hehehe.. but am not sure for how long. i'd been hiding in my crib this 3 months without any connection to the net. So this is just a quick update from me:

I had started working in KP Guar since mid of August. My first time working. I stayed there for 2 weeks before being send to HSAH for attachment with the OMF team. KPGC was find although it took me 30 minutes drive via highway to arrive there. working there made me realize that teeth extraction skills are very importante!!!! why didn't i learned properly in school last time. regret!! regret!!
Working in OMF, HSAH was awesome. I had a lots of friends there. i had my dear senior Dr Amy, Laili and Ita. All my colleagues were awesome plus friendly plus helpful. I really appreciate them. The staffs there was super duper helpful, they guide me when i'm out of thought. Even the specialist there were super cool. They taught me many things that I can only imagine during my study years.
I met many of my medical colleagues from USM in HSAH
During Ramadhan myconvent batchmate held a small iftar-gathering at Swiss Inn. Not many appeared on that day. But enough to remind us on the memory that we had during school time. Fatni was vey beautiful, haven't met her since graduating from KMK. Lydiawani was super skinny, she's the Jusmate5 model now. Nab was forever and ever cute. Kelly was much thinner now. Fatimah was gorgeous. Seri never get bigger. Ipah was still the same person that i remember. Wanisha was lovely and cute. Farhah is gtting cuter and cuter. Farhana looks different, but still the same Farhana that i know. Nina is getting taller. Yati looks matture on that day. I miss u girls so much. Hope we can organized more meet up later.
Eid Fitri was fun. Though i haven't receive my paycheck yet at that time. Luckily dearest Encik was my accauntant. So he was the one who bought my Baju raya.
My payday was celebrated with 'makan-makan' in Tok's house and Le Boss. Yeay!
Eid Adha was fun too. We held a qurban in the TBR hall in the morning and had BBQ of the meat in the evening.
Went to JB with KT for Noddy's engagement on 20/11/10. Congratulations dear! Soon u'll be leaving the single lady's club which Sya's still joining now. hahaha. Sya!!! cpt la cari husband!
Finally me, Sya and Noddy were reunited again. I miss u girls so much. Although we didn't have much time (as we are stuck with our hectic working schedule. Hmmm. not my working schedule but u girls' working schedule. hehe) but i really appreciate our meet up. Hope we can do it again. May be before Noddy's wedding?!
After 3 months in HSAH, i received a call that ask me to come back to KPGC.
I missed my schoolmate's aka Syamimi Suib's wedding last Saturday as i was in Shah Alam following dearest Encik for meeting. Sorry Mimi!! Congratulations dear.
Sue's getting married today. The solemnization will be held in KB. Sorry I can't make it dear. Will try to make it on your wedding day
I had lots of wedding to attend this school holiday. Love it!
No new people will be joining my small family in the mean time, which means that i'm not yet pregnant. Which makes me worry, eventhough check up showed that both of were fine. 'Takdak rezeki. lagi' I just hope that people will stop asking me about the good news cause myself will be informing everyone if there was one. =(

this is the day that i had been looking forward since i enter my uni life. congratulations everyone. i got the chance to reunite with my 2 bestfriends. noddy and sya. i felts so happy to see them. don't know when will we have the chance to be together like this later. sya is working in HKT now while noddy, she's in Batu Pahat now. anyway, noddy drove her white civic that day ( aku nak tumpang tau nanti)

it's been 2 months since i left my uni life. since then, i'd become a full time housewife. enjoying my holiday before working life. i had limited access to the internet making me unable to update my blog as often as before. i'll update where i'll be posted later.

Why we left and why we will continue to leave...

I read an interesting article today about a few prominent figures addressing their concern over the increasing UKM and UM medical graduates who have left the country to continue their medical practice overseas.

After reading the news for 3 times, I called a very close friend, an MD (UKM) graduate to ask his opinion on how the news might have affected him. He has been working in Singapore for more than a decade as a Consultant Surgeon with a certain sub-specialty

"Why be a slave in your own country, when you are a king in another?" He replied.

Indeed, if anybody would want to find a reason why all of us left, either after housemanship, after being a specialist, or even after sub specializing, and now, even prior to doing housemanship, they need not look at our payslip, or the wealth that we have gained overseas, but only to the Medical System that has been rotting in the ignorance and politic-based stupidity that Malaysia has been well-known for (in the medical field).

I have served the system for nearly 2 decades of my career, waiting for it to improve for so long, and only finding myself in despair, quitting with a 24-hour notice and serving abroad. The system is, in my opinion, keeping doctors, since the beginning of their career as House Officers to the end of it, in the lowermost priority. When I was working there, doctors are so ill-treated, while the nurses and the medical assistants are overpowering us.

I still remember the days when I was doing seeing patients and rounds as an MO, while the staff nurses would mind their own business, having breakfast in the pantry, or having gossip chats at their own leisure. My House Officers would then have to do merely all the labour-work, up to the extent of setting intravenous drips, and serving medications. If I am to expect the nurses, my patients would have been dead, or the work would have been too slowly or incompletely done.

When I was a House Officer, I had to run down 4-5 floors just to review a blood investigation of a dying dengue patient. The ward staff would either be nowhere around, or will say that he is busy (busier than the doctor?) or the answer I got at that time:

"Doktor nak cepat, doktor turun sendirilah, gaji doktor lagi banyak dari saya"

Even when I was a Specialist, the staff nurses had to be called again and again just to make sure the management plan for the patient would be done. I was already used to answers from them:

“I’m busy with something else"

“My shift is already over"

...it was routine for me.

The Medical Assistants were worse. They would hide behind their so-called boss, the Head of Medical Assistant. They feel hiding behind him would make them not under our jurisdiction, that we have no power to instruct them in managing the patient, that they have power to manage own their own. I've seen them giving medications not as we prescribed, performing procedures without our knowledge, as if they are the actual "Doctors". They are in their own world, and we have to do their job, taking blood, labelling samples, and even cleaning gadgets from the procedures that we have done.

Oh, but the ministry loves this group. They even let them run a clinic now, instead of upgrading the clinics already run by doctors. The government feels that the MAs are very important and should never be ill-treated by those big bad doctors. One time when I was a District Hospital Medical Officer, I was conducting a delivery of a baby. An MA insisted that I remove my car which was block-parking his car. I answered through the phone that I was busy.

He came to the labor room and yelled "Semua orang pun sibuk jugak, macamlah doktor seorang yang sibuk!”

It is insulting that an MA or a staff nurse claims that they are BUSY, as busy as a doctor? As a Malaysian Doctor, I have even worked for 72 hours straight. I have experienced working until my 6 month old daughter did not recognize me at the end of the week.

Is that how busy they are? I am very sure that they are so busy, that they can only spend 2 hours at the nearby Mamak stall, or can only leave at 5:10 PM instead of 5, or can only have 1 hour of lunch.

The management staffs are worse. I have to beg and plead so that I can get my on-call claims, of RM25 per 48 hours of work. While sitting in an air-conditioned office, they will at their own leisure, process my call claims so that I will receive them by the next decade.

The state health or Hospital Director would just give another inspirational talk (of bollocks) on team effort and beauty of teamwork.

That is how Malaysian doctors are treated in the government sector: without respect, without dignity and without significance. Why?

It is because we are bound by ethics to try our best to save lives, despite how ill-treated we are. We hardly have time to complaint because we are too busy or tired, and we would rather spend the precious time resting or seeing our loved ones. The burden of trying to save lives is on our shoulders alone. No MAs or Staff nurses would shoulder it with us. They have their own bosses: the Sisters, Matrons, or Head of MAs, which job description is to ensure that the big bad doctors will not ask their underlings to do extra work.

This is how the Malaysian Ministry of Health have treated their doctors. I am very sure that in each and every doctor, there is a slowly-burning patience in serving the Malaysian people, which will eventually fade and cause them to surrender to serving a place that treats them better.

A few colleagues who graduated from UK choose to serve there:

"The pay is more, and we get the respect we deserve"

Another works in Brunei:

“Here the staff nurses respect Malaysian doctors, and they are very co-operative" (He ended up marrying one)

A few are consultants in Singapore (working with me):

"Here we are treated well, we spearhead the management, and every else do their work to the best of their capabilities".

A few even enjoys working in Indonesia:

“The work-load is horrible since there are a lot of patients, but we are well respected by every hospital personnel" (They have migrated there for nearly a decade)

I am sure that people will see doctors as power-hungry individuals who want to be the boss in the hospital. Trust me, after having graduated 6-7 years of medical school, earning a DEGREE, and subsequently MASTERS, and SUBSPECIALITY, you would expect a degree of respect and being considered important. We are trying our best to improve patient's quality of life, or making sure he lives another day. Is it too much to ask from the system that we are important?

I find that Malaysia is the only country that is making doctors' lives miserable and treated like rubbish. It was never about the pay in the first place. It is about the treatment we are getting and the false political-based promises. Do you know that the so-called circular about doctors can have the day off after working 24 hours straight released JULY 2009 is not yet implemented? Do you know that the raise of UD 41 to 44 does not involve every doctor in the government service?

We are waiting for improvement. We have waited a long time when we were working in the system. Somewhere along the line we decided to leave and wait outside the system. Until the system changes, we will continue to work overseas, in countries which are appreciative of us. Trust me, Malaysian-graduate doctors are considered highly skilful and competent in neighbouring countries, and the 15 % brain drain is more significant than you think.

We will return when the system prioritize us and gives us the quality of life we deserve.

If it stays the same, Malaysian Hospitals would end up having Staff nurses and Medical Assistants as "Doctors", and we would have to send patients to Indonesia for an appendicectomy.

Hear our voice. We hardly speak, but will usually fade away from conflict (and fly to another place).

FIELD TRIP

under the hot sun!

i'm just glad that i did not choose engineering as my profession. i don't think i'm born to be one. my trip to Sg Dua, Penang was to see how water fluoridation was done, however, the trip turned out to be more on how water was cleaned before distributed to others. it was a damn hot morning, and we were required to climb all the stairs to visit all the pools.the problem was; we were asked to wear formal attire during this trip, and most of my friend chose to wear baju kurung and heels. while the stubborn me chose to wear pants and shirt. lucky me for being stubborn, it was easier for me to climb the stairs.

it was a good experience for us. i don't think i will ever visit that place if this trip was not organized.

went to KFC, Kubang Kerian yesterday with couples of friends for lunch. was served by this rude waitress name Nurul. i know she's pregnant but do u need to shout at us and throw plates as if we were not there. this branch of KFC really sucks. they serve bad foods; everything with less mayo, slow serving and waitress that acts really suck.

i know that it is not because of her pregnancy that she act rudely, she had been like that just before she is pregnant. i'd been dining at that place frequently since it was open.

yeah. i know i complain to much and some people would ask me to feels what it is like if i were in their shoes. i can never imagine the exhaustion of working in a 24 hour fast food restaurant. but at that time it was still early, there was not many customer around and it is their job to serve us the customer, why can't u just be polite.

i know that that incident will not stop me from going to that KFC again cause the location is very near to my place. u are lucky girl cause i did not make a complain to your manager, but who knows sometime u might just not be that lucky anymore.

THE SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN

upon graduation, we need to learn on how to give oral hygiene education to several groups of people. my group were scheduled to give talks to the children with special needs in Klinik Kesihatn Bunohan, Tumpat; a 45-minutes drive from USM. in the clinic there is a special center where children with disability around Tumpat area gather everyday. they were taught to read, write and how to take care of themselves. it's a learning center for them.

when we arrived there, we were not quite prepared cause we are the first group who went there. so we didn't really know what to bring and what to do. our mistake was we didn't bring any LCD or laptop cause we assumed that they will prepare it for us. our mistake for expecting things so high. Tumpat is a village area, we should be prepare instead of assuming things. so we learned something there. as a solution, we opt for a traditional way.

and that is by showing pictures manually and divided each of them into groups so that we can teach them personally on how to take care of their teeth. i was in charge with a group with learning difficulties. i didn't know their actual disease, but i'm assuming some of them had autism or attention deficit or ADHD. cause they looks very normal. but had difficulty to speak and understand. other groups included children with cerebral palsy (CP) and down syndrome's children. i didn't about my friends but i found that it is very hard for me to teach children with learning disability. they didn't look at u or gave u any attention. all they were interested in were the "big teeth" model that i brought.

most of the children there never have a visit to a dentist. so u can guess how they teeth looks like. crooked anterior teeth and so.with the little knowledge that i had, i try my best to teach them. especially to this lady,who had a 2 years old son. she never cleaned his teeth. so i'm trying my best to teach her cause her son is still young, do we can still take care of the teeth.

he had a very dedicated father. this child is had CP and grind his teeth a lot. so he got lotsa teeth with attrition.

some of them came from a poor family, so they came to the center with a van. the van's owner only charge them half price. a kind man i believe, it's very hard to find a person who did things for free nowadays.

i had a lots of fun with them. looking forward for more activities like this in the future....

SCHOOL ORAL HEALTH DAY 2010

we organized a school's oral health day in SMK Kemumin Pengakalan Chepa last week. it was a 3 days event. there was exhibitions, dental check up and 1Malaysia Smile contest.

i love this kind of activity cause i can be away from clinic for sometime, although i really hate the preparation part. this kind of program helps me to gain confident in myself. from this program i learned that becoming a teacher is a very tough job. as it is a school from a village area. the kids there are quite a tough block, they hardly listen to anyone. i see teachers bringing caine to the class. i see teacher hit them with a 'rotan', it was very interesting cause i never see this kind of act in my school, but still the students act as it was nothing.

ouh. i wonder how my friends are doing in the schools now. i hope they are find cause i know it's getting tougher to teach kids nowaday. all the best friends. i really respect your passion in becoming a teacher.

Alhamdulillah. i finally manage to issue my first fixed prosthodontic case which is an anterior post core. it was made to support root treated tooth. it was quite hard to find a suitable case for this, cause we really need a perfect obturated tooth for post. hah! it's probably very hard for others to understand what i'm saying, but the thing is that i'm so happy cause, satu requirement sudah kurang.

now, i can worry about my bridge case.

i made a countdown for my professional 3 exam. so for today, 102 days left til pro exam.

so much things to be settled, requirement, reports. i can't wait to graduate. please god, help me by making things easier for me!!

new year feels the same for me. it doesn't make any changes at all. it's just another flip to a new calendar, a new diary to be filled and a new organizer to fill in with patient's appointment. last night was celebrated with dear TV and Angah. nothing much. i never appreciate new year. i never even celebrate it. but during previous new years, it's a MUST for me to make new year resolutions., but for this new year i only had one, hm... probably two. first of all I WANNA GRADUATE! i have enough of life here. i wanna finish my study and work and have my own money. i envy my friends who's already leaving their title as students.

however, 2009 did make a lots of impact in my life. my wedding!!! ngeee~ it's gonna hit one year soon. i'm married at 22 which i never ever imagine. well. u can only plan your life, and God is the one who fix everything. Sayang. i love u till the end!

some of my close friends changed their status too. Yattea & Paly, Ain Roslan, Kema & Khai, Watai, Izyan, Ceah Fasihah.

also i went to Singapore, to visit my grandfather who i haven't seen for almost 10 years with Sayang and Tok. it was our honeymoon plus meeting relatives trip. well, who on earth brought their grandma on their honeymoon's trip aite?!

i enter my final year, in 2009, which seems forever when i was in first year. i need to manage my own patient, answering all the questions by supervisors alone, without a partner to help me. i even need to clean all the instruments used on my own, which makes me leave the clinic at 6 pm almost everyday. it sucks ok! can't wait to move my butt off this school soon! everyone, please pray that my journey will be safe!!!

and this came from a final year nursing student, who every morning goes to the ward and take blood from every patient on bed, who give them medication with her SPM cert cause she haven't had degree or even a diploma. so what makes she thinks she is better then us. this is a teaching hospital u idiot. everybody is learning, patient is a subject for us to learn. where do u think those specialist came from?! they didn't just got the skill without practicing. they learn first.

at least, we here have a supervisor, who check every single details of our work. even a small undetected caries who will not harm the patient in several years will make the supervisor yell at us like it was a cancer. while u, your supervisor will only be around sometime, not like us. what makes u so great that u think u are not using all the patient in the ward as a subject for u to learn.

i studied in a Convent school for 11 years. my friends came from different ethnic groups Malay, Chinese, Indian, Siamese and etc. i'd been used to mingle with friends that didn't share the same custom with me. but who cares. as long as we can get along, we never actually make race as a barrier between us. we share stories, laughs, foods and drinks without even care.

and today i met a patient who refuse to be treat by me cause I'm a Malay. it did breaks my heart. cause previously i never 'double standard' my patients. i treat them equally. whether there are Malay or Chinese (i haven't had Indian patient here in Kelantan). even i myself went to dental clinics run by Chineses.

"Dentistry is an Art" Dr ZM.

i was scold by my supervisor that day cause my restoration was not so aesthetic. it makes the patient smiles weird and it didn't look like his natural teeth at all. i was trying to build a fracture crown to the patient and it takes me almost one hour to trim the crown so that it looks like his adjacent teeth. i can't finish my work as it was already 1230pm.

she said it with this looks that makes me think whether i'd made the right choice in learning dentistry. i never loves art. i learned it until i'm in my form 3 and i hate it and i'm not artistic either. i've a pair of hands that is worse than a wood.

i regret that i never love art. cause i now she's right. it will be easier for me to learn dentistry if i'm more creative. cause i'd seen my friends who can finish doing a cavity in less than 2 hour while for me it may takes more.

i'm not good in bending wires.

i make bad impression for patient's models.

i make hideous restoration.

i'm not gentle enough during extration.

my suturing sucks.

i can't recall anything in dentistry that i'm good at.

can i just become a housewife and stay at home?!

but it's already too late. i already dive in too deep, walk out so far, fly up damn high. it's not the time for me to look back. i need to move forward. oh Allah please gives me strength cause i know everything happens for a reason and only U who knows it.

but one advice i can give to anyone who's planning to do dentistry. u need to know how to manage your stress level. and it's an advantage if u have miracle hands.

my bestfriend since secondary, Nur Safawati bt Mohd Nor or better known to us as Watai, take a step into a new life last Sunday, 181009. she's now a wife to Mohd Muslim b Abu Bakar. i was only informed about the event one day before it happended. it was a last minute decision because Watai and her husband are posted to Sabah and need to report their duty there end of this month. so she only invited those close to her. i can make it to the wedding since im at home spending the Deepavali holidays.

it was a simple wedding. the akad nikah was done in Masjid Taman Ria Jaya, and a 'majlis kesyukuran' was held at her house. the real wedding will only take place next year. so to those who were not invited, please understand her situation. insyaAllah, she will invite everyone to her wedding (that will be held next year perhaps???!)

yesterday HUSM blood bank organized a Mega Blood Donating Campaign.

i'm too lazy to write. this is what i copied from Sya:

"firstly...we have to go through some screening. Haemoglobin (Hb) level.....is the culprit that can cause ur form to be rejected. if ur Hb not in the range that the blood bank wants....then im sorry, u r out. so, last night....it was a bit suspen lar. since i was losing weight before, i was afraid that it will affect my Hb level. but u know what....my Hb level was sky high. 14.9 g/dL. that was the highest level i ever reached. and congratulation to noddy, after spending 3 weeks eating the iron tablets....she pass and can donate her blood after one year waiting for that. and to nurul n alia...usaha lagi yerk."

my Hb level was 11.3g/dL. so wallah. I'm not able to donate. I'm so sad. cause i haven't been donating blood since 1 year ago. may be next time i'll go and donate. i need to consume my iron tablet more frequent. cause my low Hb is causing me to easily get tired. i hate iron tablets, cause they make me feels bloated and nausea.

most frequent question asked to me was, "are u allow to donate your blood when you are fasting?" the answer is "yes! as long as it's not causing u any harm."

lastly, donate your blood, cause there are people who needs them but not able to produce it themselves. for us who is healthy, we only give some, but our body is still able to produce new blood cells. so think about it.

although i didn't consider myself a doctor, my patient still addressed me as one.

1. I gave a talk after I was conferred an honorary degree by the International Medical University. I directed a major part of my talk to the new graduates.

2. I explained that medicine is not just a profession, a qualification for earning a good income. It is a vocation, a calling which involves dedication to the job of healing the sick and caring for them.

3. What their qualification confers upon them is not just a degree but as doctors they have been elevated to a special status and endowed with special powers. They would have in them the capacity to inspire confidence and trust in their patient. The confidence and trust are such that people would literally entrust their lives to them, allowing them to cut open their bodies and do things which could kill if done by others.

4. The skill and the power they acquire owe much to the society in which they were brought up and their access to education up to the highest level. Not all human society can do this. A poor society, an unstable society, an uncaring society would not be able to give them even primary education, much less training to become a doctor. The cost borne by the society is high.Whether they get a scholarship or their parents pay for their education, they all owe a debt to society. It behoves them to repay to society through the service in which they are trained.

5. They should therefore be ready to offer their services to the society in which they lived. It may be by serving the Government or if this is not attractive enough, at least their country. They can earn a good income in Malaysia's private sector.

6. But some easily forget their debt and are easily enticed by higher pay in other countries. These countries paid nothing for their education and training and yet for a little bit more money they get the services of the people we paid a lot to train whether in Government school and universities or in private ones. Quite often the countries which get the service of our doctors are developed and rich.

7. The nation loses a lot when the people we train opts to work in other countries.

8. But the association of doctors make matters worse by refusing entry to foreign doctors to practice. It wants to keep the opportunities for making money in this country to its members only. It does not mind Malaysian doctors going out but foreign doctors may not come in. Only if they work with the Government can they come in.

9. The flow is one-way. Our doctors can leave the country but foreign doctors cannot replace them. We are losing the brains that we develop without the foreign brain coming in.

10. Despite all the Government's efforts we are losing especially the much-needed specialists.

11. There is something wrong here. If the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) wishes to close the country to outsiders then it should also object to Malaysian doctors from leaving the country. As it is the MMA seem to be wanting to have their cake and to eating it as well.

12. I am not suggesting that as we have embraced globalisation and the free flow of capital etc that we should now allow foreign doctors to come and open their hospitals here. But I do think that if local hospitals need to employ foreign doctors then they should be allowed to.

on the first weekend both of us plus adik-adik ku went to Sunway Carnival to watch Drag Me to Hell. actually tak plan pon nak tengok cerita apa. but the movie was damn scary. all of us kept on screaming. and the funniest was Kak Teh, jerit sampai hotdog yg dia tgh makan tu melambung naik atas kepala. can u imagine how scary the story is. haha. confirm Kak Teh marah lepas baca ni! ahaks!

Sayang's Mak Ngah passed away last night due to lung cancer. it was so sad. i went to visit her in hospital SP last friday, 2 days before 'the day'. she looks very very ill. lethargy. all of her fingers were blue. and she barely eats any food. what made me so touched was she still wanted to chat with us eventhough she is sick. she's still keep her friendliness in that condition. we'll miss you.

JO LYNN'S BACKPACKING TRIP IN KOTA BHARU

Jo Lynn was here in Kota Bharu. she stayed in my small hostel room. i'm so glad to see her. i think the last i met her was 2 years ago when i visited the main campus during TOT.

ok. Jo Lynn is my friend, we were in the same class since standard 1 Hijau till form 5. (except during standard 2, if im not mistaken). basically, she just finished her study in USM and is on her backpacking trip around Malaysia before she start working in Singapore. it happends that im the only friend who's staying in Kelantan. so i offerer myself to become host for her.

we went to several famous museums in Kota Bharu. it was first time for both of us. eventhough i'd stayed here for 4 years, i'd never been to the museums. we also went to Pasar Siti Khatijah and Pantai Cahaya Bulan. i introduced her some of the Kelantanese food like Nasi Ulam, nasi kerabu, colek and etc. then only i know how much Jo Lynn loves budu, which is very very rare.

my clinical partner just get married to her fiance last weekend. congratulation dear, i went to her house in Pasir Puteh with my dear Sayang. we love the 'gulai kawah'. rasa macam nak bungkus bawak blk je. nasib la tuan rumah tak offer. kalau tak confirm aku cedok byk-byk.

Kema was my clinical partner during forth year, my groupmate during third year and my roomate during my second year. and Khairil who i addressed as Cik Khai was my groupmate in third year.

FAIRYTALES NIGHT

we had our graduation night last week at Renaissance KB. congratz to all seniors who had make it through. i am so proud of u guys. i can't wait till it's my turn. the theme for that night was Fairytales. everybody dressed up nicely. i was wearing white kebaya. i'm supposed to be a Malay fairy but somehow my headgear that will madw me looked like a fairy was missing in action. huhu! i was quite frustrated cause i already bought the thing but i couldn't wear it.

overall that night was superb, the food was nice, the ambience was so fairytales. i love it. congratz to all of my friends who really work hard to make this night so perfect. im sorry that i didnt help that much cause i was having some problems with my study. im so not good in multitasking. here are some pictures of the night.

It's may! and lotsa my Sayangs will celebrate their birthday this month

it starts with Ain's birthday on 12th of May. Ain is my roomate here in USM for 2 years already. she's turning 23. ouch!! hehe. tuwe sikit je dari I!

next we have my Teh's and dear Yati's birthday. Teh's age cannot be revealed here. takot kena saman. anyway, i uploaded muka teh masa muda remaja dolu dolu (courtesy to aunty teh). if u look at him now, u wont believe that he use to be the one in the picture. aunty masak sedap sgt la ni!!

while for yati, she turns 23 this year. she married one week after me. awak mmg suka tiru saya ye yati. hehe. smoga yati bahagia disamping Paly tersayang. and be a good doctor soon.

then on 19th is my Abah's birthday, abah dah umor 50 tahun this year. tp uban masih boleh dikira. apakah rahsia nya?? haha. lagi 5 tahun abah dah nak pencen. i love u abah. my Abah jarang senyum dalam gambar. so this is one of the lucky photo that i had.

my swee Yati aka Haryati, whom i knew from IRC dulu, turns 23 on 21st of may. we went to the same PLKN camp. ouh. i miss u dear. i never thought that our friendship through IRC will last till now. remember kita selalu lari-lari takut makanan habis. and then we wonder why on earth our weight kept increasing eventhough we did lotsa jogs and playing netball! gilak!

dearest Wan Aswa turns 23 too on 26th of May. she is my favourite friend during matriculation. we always do crazy things together during that time. sama-sama rebut tempat paling depan dekat kafe sebab nak tengok Sanay Wala Nang Wakas. i still remembered that kita 2 orang je yg frust bila ara tak kahwin dgn Leo. bengang! bengang! anyway, she had graduated and soon will become a very successful engineer. insyaAllah!

and last but not least. my dearest Pak Su who will turn 23 on 28th of May. eventhough dia berpangkat paksu, tua cuma la sebulan dariku. and to those yg masih single mingle, and interested to had a relationship to someone who eats a lot and like to speak about army thing, please contact me. cause my Paksu is still available.

during study week. i was craving for something slurry and slurpy like spaghetti and so. so i asked dear noddy to take me out for dinner. we went to Tesco and went to Kedai Pakcik Kenny. i ordered the spaghetti bolognese and noddy here ordered the macaroni with cheese. u know how healthy foods at Kedai Pakcik Kenny. it is tasteless.

so i asked the waiter for salt and pepper. then the waiter asked me wether i want chilli or tomato. hm. he didn't hear what i said i guess. then i said it's ok la. just bring me pepper instead. then this naive guy shows with his hand wether i want this size of paper!!! paper.

hm. i was quite mad at that time. but i just kept quite. in my heart i was questioning myself wether Kedai Pakcik Kenny only serve healthy food, so they didnt had any salt and pepper. or is it the waiter's ear who had problems?
