CRAVING

recently i'd been craving for slurpy foods like spagheti, laksa and other type of noodles. but due to shortage of money. huhu. i only ate maggi. ada sesapa tak yang nak belanja i
i'm not pregnant anyway. i just feels like eating.
i miss home though. another one week of clinic to go before i go home.
next week i can do extraction or better known as exodontia aka exo in short. cant wait. i love exo. i love giving injections. hihi

SUMMARY OF THIS WEEK

my clinic hour this week is waisted just like that. on sunday, my prostho patient didn't turn up. when i called her, her husband said she is having fever and cannot come to clinic. i have to give her another appointment then. 

then on monday, yeay!! my patient, conservative patient did turn up. i'm so damn excited because i'll be doing my first restorative procedure on him. i choose to do a class 3 filling to his anterior teeth because it is the easiest compared to other classes. when i showed the teeth that i'm going to work on to my supervisor, she noticed a really big big filling at the cervical area. there was a new caries already developed at the restoration. in my heart i was screaming why didn't i notice that before, it was very obvious.

then my supervisor asked me to excavate that old restoration off because it was very big. when i finish scooping it off, i noticed that the previous dentist made a really really bad restoration. the tooth is already dead. what a stupid dentist, now i have to continue and repair your foolish job.

after showing the excavated tooth to the lecturer, she said that that tooth is not worth to be restored as it was already dead. so i am left with 2 options, either to extract or do root canal treatment to the tooth. i choose extraction because it is way easier than doing RCT.

so my patient has hypertension and i had to monitor the BP first. it was 180/120 mmHg, there is no way i can extract that tooth. so i consulted a surgeon and ask my patient to wait for 30 minutes before checking on his BP again. it was 188/126. it was damn high.

now im left with RCT. but the tooth was to mobile and so not worth of saving. i asked my supervisor again what should i do. i cant extract. i cant do RCT. and i cant just leave the tooth opened. so my supervisor asked me to obturate the tooth, put medicament, put temporary filling and send the patient home. i cant restore the tooth with a permanent filling because the tooth is already dead and might cause the patient to had swelling. 

so i just follow my supervisor advice.

i feel so mad because i can't do any real restoration today and i had to do temporary restoration on to be extracted tooth. and the procedure is not even enlisted as my requirement. shity!

and  yesterday to make my life worse, my patient for perio did not turn up because his child was sick.

so. summary of this week is i did nothing. but one thing i learn is that life does not always goes the way u plan. sabar nurul!!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY MAMA!

i should have posted this entry a couple of days a ago. but due to my busyness. i can only post it to day. mama birthday was 3 days ago, 5th November. mama aka Pn. Noor Zhalizah binti Hussain turns 48 on that day. sadly me and angah didn't go back to SP this weekend because angah had to masauk kampung for her cfcs programme. tp on that morning i already wished mama happy birthday. next week i'll be home and belanja mama k! love u mama. walaupun mama garang. tp i love u jgk. and i think i'm becoming more like u now.so below are the many faces of mama.

the thoughts of me getting married in 2 months time really touch me. it makes me cry though. mama and abah sungguh2 prepare for my wedding. and in islam, that will be the day where mama and abah had no more responsiblity on me. dah tak payah tanggung dosa kakak. hm. T.T

WHY I HATE SPENDING MY WEEKENDS IN KELANTAN

1. the food totally suck. it seems like the cafeteria's cook forget his/her recipe book during the weekend.
2. i have to walk to pasar malam every friday just to buy nasi goreng ikan masin and ayam goreng for dinner.
3. the toilet is just damn dirty. hate it! hate it! can't they just asked the makcik to cuci the toilet even in the weekend. and the people here, they just don't care. is it that hard to throw they leftover in the bin instead of the sinki. then we end up having a smelly sinki for the whole weekend just because some fool just dont learn. STUPID!
   
4. i sleep a lot. and those people who had been practising 'gendang' just don't know how to sleep in the evening. my hate was banging all the time the start their practise.
5. it is very hard to rent a small kancil. everyone wanna go out. i wish i had my own car. (praying hard!!)
   
6. and when i got to rent a car. there's only 3 place to go, either shopping in KB mall, tesco or pasar siti. haha. best la sgt.
   
7. the laundry is full. kena berator panjang gila. 
8. the ampaian also full.

i just wanna go home.
p/s-adik arash dah boleh berjalan!! cant wait to meet him this weekend.

WELCOME TO HUMAIRA SUFEA HOSLAN

okay. believe it or not. last weekend i was back in Sungai Petani again. all my neighbour was quite shocked. they said that i makes Kelantan sounds as if it is only 5 minutes away. every week blk. last week me and angah blk semata-mata nak tgk cik humaira sufea binti hoslan, iaitu cousin saya yg plg latest. humaira was borned on the first syawal @ 1st october ago. cute cute. this time humaira blk sebab dia akan dibotakkan. hehe. actually ada majlis cukur jambul si budak kecik ni.

ini ialah humaira with hair. humaira pakai gown. cute cute.

 

kakak testing pegang humaira. so she's not crying at this time. menunjukkan kakak yg pandai pegang baby and humaira yg sayang kakak. hehe!

 

tiba-tiba humaira nangis. kakak dah gelabah. sila panggil bibik okay! bantuan bibik adalah diperlukan. i think the weather is the because. panas. humaira allergy to heat. hehe.

 

usaha membotakkan humaira oleh mak bidan yg dulu telah membotakkan arash badlishah dan kakaknya ayuni trisha. mak bidan ni pakar.
